WP Rocket File Cache Must Be Deleted Separately

Pattern: Flushed wp cache and rebuilt Elementor renders, but pages still served old HTML. WP Rocket maintains its own file cache at wp-content/cache/wp-rocket/[domain]/ that persists independently of WordPress object cache. Rule: When clearing caches on Hostinger sites with WP Rocket, always do BOTH: (1) wp cache flush for object cache AND (2) rm -rf wp-content/cache/wp-rocket/[domain]/ for WP Rocket file cache.
